Arbitration clause
Any dispute arising out of or relating to the present contract
shall be settled by arbitration in conformity with the provisions
of Tunis Center of Conciliation and Arbitration Rules in force,
to which the parties have adhered.
Consequently, the parties agree :
 to submit
their dispute to an arbitral tribunal composed of
- a sole arbitrator
- three arbitrators
appointed in conformity with Center Rules.

TCCA commits to provide parties and arbitration tribunal with
a secretariat which receives requests, ensure the functioning
of arbitration procedures as well as administrative procedures,
under the supervision of the president of the Center, and the
Scientific Council.

arbitrator
TCCA appoints competent and qualified arbitrators, guided by principles
of autonomy and impartiality. The mission of the arbitrator is to settle
disputes in conformity with TCCA's
Regulations, law and equity rules.

Before the dispute
through an arbitration clause in which parties appoint TCCA for the resolution
of any litigation in conformity with its Regulations.
When the dispute arises
out through an arbitration convention which appoints TCCA for dispute
resolution in accordance with its Regulations.
TCCA offers to companies and entreprises rapidity in resolving disputes
arisen out from their commercial activities, according to modern arbitration
rules and simple procedure.
